Abstract
Title of this legal research is employment contract of professional football Players in terms of labor law. The problems in this legal research are how the procedure of the employment contract regulation for football players reviewed through the labor law and Are there any particular arrangements regulated in the employment contract for foreign football players which aims to find out how the labor law regulate the football employment contract for football players and to find out any particular arrangements regulated in the employment contract which are given to foreign football players. In this legal research, author apply normative legal research method and use primary legal sources and secondary legal sources as the legal sources. For collecting data, this legal research apply literature research technique with deductive assessment analysis. The conclusion of the first problem of this legal research is professional football players are labor. As a labor, when they have to create an employment contract they must follow the regulation in article 52 of labor law. The conclusion of the second problem is there are particular arrangements in the employment contracts for foreign football players that regulated by the government.
