Abstract

This study aim to determine the implementation of Law No.2of2012 concerning land acquisition for public use at Solo Balapan-Tirtonadi sky bridge constructionin Surakarta. There fore ,in this study need to find out obstacles that faced by the government in the application of Law No. 2 of 2012,especially in the implementation of compensation provided tothe public.Base don the legal materials obtained,the writing of this study uses the method of analyzing data that is of tenusedin qualitative esearch.From there sultsof the study based on respondents showed that most people of Gilingan,Solo,Central Java who were affected by the construction of the Solo Balapan-Tirtonadi Sky Bridge agreed to the existence andamount of compensation provided by the government.This can be proven from the data of respondent swho 80% strong lyagree that they have received compensation from the government.This proves that theapplication of Law No.2of2012 concerning landac quisition applies effectively to the construction of the Solo alapan-Tirtonadi Solo Sky Bridge.
