Abstract
Procurement of goods and services is one of the most important parts to meet the needs of every government agency. However, there are some experts who argue that the procurement of goods and services can have many gaps in the occurrence of criminal acts of corruption. Therefore the Government collaborates with Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) and Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) to create a procurement of goods and services that are clean from corruption. Technological developments are quite rapid at this time used by Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) to create a system of procurement of goods and services can be done electronically. Purchases of goods or services can be done through E-Purchasing by buying through the E-Catalogue. At present E-Catalogue are felt to be more effective because they contain lists, types, brands, technical specifications, prices, and quantities of goods and services from the provider so that purchases through the ECatalogue cannot be played by providers or users and the use of this E-Catalog can reduce the number of criminal acts of corruption in the field of procurement of goods or services.
