Abstract
This writing is titled the implementation of compensation for land acquisition for public use in the construction ofthe Kualanamu-pakam toll road in Deli Serdang Regency. From the results ofthe author's research stages that must be passed in the land acquisition activities which include planning, preparation, implementation, and submission ofthe results have been carried outproperly. Provision of compensation made by agencies that require land is given in the form ofmoney to those who are entitled to the land that is involved in the toll road construction project. The result is that currently a 61km-long toll road has been built which is expected to benefit the general public.
