Abstract
This writing is titled the implementation of compensation for land acquisition for public use in the construction of the Kualanamu-pakam toll road in Deli Serdang Regency. From the results of the author's research stages that must be passed in the land acquisition activities which include planning, preparation, implementation, and submission of the results have been carried out properly. Provision of compensation made by agencies that require land is given in the form of money to those who are entitled to the land that is involved in the toll road construction project. The result is that currently a 61km-long toll road has been built which is expected to benefit the general public
