Abstract
Bali Province has many aspects of culture that are very unique and distinctive from one of its cultures, many Balinese have institutions such as subak, subak is a traditional tradition that is useful for agricultural interests in Bali, as time goes by many problems that occur in subak namely theft farmer's produce. This theft is very troubling for the farming community in Bali, where the decline in crop yields owned by farmers, the efforts made by the subak institution in dealing with criminal acts of theft of crops that do not eliminate the Balinese Subak cultural traditions and or the welfare of the community. And the police of the spiritual sector in an effort to uphold the law and overcome theft in the environment of the farming communities in Bali.
