Abstract
The Profit Sharing agreement is an agreement which is held between one party or a legal entity of the other party which is in the law is called a “tiller”, based on the agreement the tiller is permitted by the owner to run on agricultural business on the owner’s land by dividing the results are between the two parties. The profit sharing agreement is needed to help the smallholder farmers tho do not have a land but want to get the profit from farming. Therefore, the ruler are needed to govern the profit sharing agreement whose the object of the profit sharing agreement is rubber.
