Abstract
This Legal writing entitled is Implementation of Land Procurement for the Construction of the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) IV Refinery Unit (RU) in Cilacap Regency. The formulation of the problem is how the implementation of Land Procurement for Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Refinery Unit IV (RU) in Cilacap Regency. This legal research aims to determine, test, and analyze the implementation of the Land Acquisition for Refinery development Master Plan (RDMP) Refinery Unit IV (RU) in Cilacap Regency and what are the obstacles in the process of implementing compensation. This Legal writing is an Impirical research. This research focuses on social facts and is carried out directly to respondents and informants, with the result that primary data will be obtained supported by secondary data, related to Land Acquisition for Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Refinery Unit IV (RU) in Cilacap Regency. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the implementation of Land Acquisition for Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Refinery Unit IV (RU) in Cilacap Regency had not been carried out optimally in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest. That is because the time period taken for the implementation of the Land Acquisition for the Construction of the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Refinery Unit IV (RU) in Cilacap Regency has not been carried out in accordance with what has been determined. The obstacle in implementing the Land Acquisition for Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) IV Refinery Unit (RU) in Cilacap Regency is because there are parties who do not have proof of ownership and there is a difference between the right holder and the proof of ownership.
