Abstract
Business in the field of pig farming provides many benefits for people in Indonesia. however, like any other business, in the livestock business, it is important to have a permit. In obtaining a license, livestock entrepreneurs must meet the requirements set by the government, where the regional or district government regulates the stipulations of their respective regions. The purpose of this research is to find out how the law enforcement process for pig farms in the sleman district that does not have a lisence . what are the obstacles in the proses of law enforcment in the pig farm bussinese lisence. The purpose of this results is to find outshowed that the application of law enforcement in terms of licensing for pig farms in Sleman district has been running accordingly.
