Abstract

Juridical review of the supervision of the Klaten Regency Regional House of Representatives on the implementation of the 2018-2019 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the education sector in Klaten Regency.The formulation of the problem raised is how the Klaten Regency Regional House of Representatives mechanism performs the oversight function of the implementation of the 2018 Budget year Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the education sector and how the results of the Klaten district Regional House of Representatives supervision of the 2018 APBD Implementation in the education sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of the Regional Representative Council of Klaten Regency in carrying out the oversight function of the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the field of education that has been mandated by the Basic Law and to find out the results of the supervision of the Klaten Regency Regional House of Repres Regency Regional House of Representatives entatives towards Implementation of the 2018 Budget year budget in the education sector. The conclusion of the research that has been carried out is 1) Relationship of the Klaten Regency Regional Representative Council in conducting oversight of the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the first education sector, Audit. The role of the Regional Representative Councilcan be implemented with the approval of the reporting of the overall Klaten Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgetwith the discussion of the Regional Representative Councilreport and Regional Representative CouncilRegional Representative Council records and also field checks, which then abbreviatesAccountability Statement Reportthrough micro and discusses all regional government plans, formulation of a general budget for financial management, and formulation of plans for developing the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan which discusses various development programs and activities that use public services. Second, is the Testing process. The oversight function carried out by the Regional House of Representatives is basically a process that is managed, systematic and completed at relatively standard stages based on the Law. Third, the process of investigation and decision. Over sight of the Regional House of Representatives has an important role as well as being an important task holder in overseeing the running of the Regional Expenditure Budget for 2018-2019. The holder of this supervision should not be carelessly carried out carelessly but solely to improve the quality of good supervision performance by the Klaten Regency Regional Representative Council, this is done to prevent something unexpected undesirable might occur, and this also is part of one of the objectives of the control of members of the Klaten Regency Regional House of Representatives in overseeing the 2018 Regional Expenditure Budget program in this case the supervision of the education sector in Klaten Regency.
