Abstract
Writing the law on the implementation of land acquisition rights fo buildings through the release of ownership rights in Prambanan District, Klaten Regency, aims to determine the implementation of land acquisition rights for buildings by companies. The formulation of the problem is how the implementation of obtaining land use rights for the company through the release of property rights in Prambanan District, Klaten Regency. This legal writing is an empirical research. PT. IGP Internasional Klaten and PT. Dion Farma Abadi can obtain Right to Build land through the release of Ownership Rights. Evidence of physical ownership of land by the company in the form of an Agreement between the company and the owner of the land title signed in front of the Notary & PPAT, proof of payment of replacement money, and the Deed of Relinquishment of Rights signed by the owner of land rights in front of the Notary & PPAT. Land controlled by the company which is still agricultural land must be drained into non-agricultural land (land conversion). The Land Use and Utilization Permit (IPPT) is issued by the Regional Government of Klaten Regency as a sign of approval for the conversion of land functions (agricultural land into non-agricultural land). The Land Office then issues Land Technical Considerations in the framework of approval / rejection of a Location Permit. Companies can apply for a building use right after obtaining a location permit issued by the Klaten Regency Land Office. Land parcels for which the company has applied for Building Use Rights with proof of title in the form of Letter C must be registered for the first time before being released of their rights, while land parcels that are already in the form of a Property Rights certificate can be immediately released by the Klaten Regency Land Office. The release of land rights is immediately followed up with the application process for building use rights. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the land acquisition by the company to acquire land use rights for buildings in Prambanan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province has been carried out in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the land sector.
