Abstract

This legal writing is titled Legal Protection for Sexual Harrasment’s Victim of Flight Attendant. The problem of this legal writing is researched because the increasing number of women who became victims of sexual harrasment, especially for flight attendant. In reality, that women who became victims had not received attention from the government of Indonesia. If they are not accompanied and give a special treatment to heal their self from Witness and Victim Protection (in Indonesia called Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban), they can feel depression. This legal writing uses normative legal research by focusing on library research which examine document studies using secondary data such as statuory regulations, legal theory, and some expert opinions. From data analysis, conclusion is obtained by using inductive method. Based on this legal writing, it can be concluded that there’s no law and regulation for sexual harrasment especially sexual harrasment to women because there are many case about this are neglected until now.
