Abstract
The growth of employment and labor are not directly proportional, where the labor rate is always increasing every year, but the employment rate is never sufficient to hire new workers. In addition, companies also compete to get qualified human resources in accordance with the field of work available. Therefore, this research discuss the implementation of work agreements at PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Bandung using empirical legal research methodology. The author concludes that the implementation of the Fixed Time Work Agreement (PKWT) is not in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 13 of 2003, because of the unsuitable type of work and the continuously extended work agreement. This is also supported by the factor of workers' incomprehension about the regulations regarding the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT).
