Abstract
The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency is currently holding mass land certification (large-scale) through Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities throughout the Republic of Indonesia. Complete Systematic Land Registration, hereinafter abbreviated as PTSL, is the activity of Land Registration for the first time carried out simultaneously for all objects of Land Registration throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village / kelurahan or other name at the same level, which includes the collection of physical data and data. juridical regarding one or several objects of Land Registration for registration purposes. With the Complete Systematic Land Registration program, it is hoped that people who have not registered their land can register their land and obtain a land title certificate through this program.
