Abstract
Writing the law with the title implementation of the agreement for agricultural land products in Aimas, Sorong Regency, West Papua. Land can be a source of livelihood for many people. There is a legal provision regarding the production sharing agreement in law number 2 of 1960 regarding the production sharing agreement. The purpose of this research is to know and study the implementation of the agreement for agricultural land products in Aimas District, Sorong Regency, West Papua. The research method used is normative legal research method. The normative legal research method is a reaseacht that examines the study of document using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legalmaterials. Primary legal materials consist of laws and secondary legal materials. Based on the result of research and analysis can conclude that the society in Aimas, Sorong Regency, West Papua do not know about law No 2 of 1960 concerning production sharing agreements. Communities in Aimas, Sorong Regency, West Papua are still using local costomary laws in making production sharing agreements.
