Abstract
Improving supply chain performance is a goal an industry wants to achieve. This study aims to identify the application of Supply Chain Information Systems Technologies and Management Strategies in Yogyakarta Special Region. Improving supply chain performance can help companies increase efficiency, effectiveness, and reduce production costs, this can be achieved by implementing an information system in the supply chain. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, the participants in this study amounted to 9 companies consisting of owners or managers of each company. Semi structured interviews were conducted for data collection, interviews were conducted to gather information about the use of current and future information systems, use of current and future supply chain strategies, and the level of satisfaction of current strategies and practices used in the company.
