Abstract

Protection ofChildren that become was became the victims of rape is regulated in article 69A Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 amendment upon Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 about Protection of Children, Configuration of protection of Toddler that become Victim ofrape one ofthem held by local Government. Purpose ofthis research is to answer how know the form of protection to a children and the obstacle that Local Government Bogar within giving the protection to a children that became victim ofrape, to review that researcher is study in Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Cibinong (DP3AP2KB). This research .vas an normative law that do to get secondary data that supported by primwy data and secondary data. All data that gathered is analyzed with quantitative method. Result of this research showing that local government of cibinong district has been give protection to children that become victim ofrape, that mandat'!d in Article 69A Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 amendment upon Undang-Undang NomoI' 23 Tahun 2002 about Protection of Children.
