Abstract

The border of the river is a protected area, which width is proportional with form and physical conditon of the river. The use of the land border of the river is banned by the goverment and set in regulation about spatial planning. Land use boundary Gajah Wong river have some things that are considered to violate rules. First, the existence of the slum area that stood in the area of the border of the river it was use from the sultan of soil ground, many of the borders of the Gajah wong river users don’t have permission.Efforts made by the government with the M3K program, forsidas, and the PTSL program.
