Abstract
This thesis raises the title of Criminal Law Enforcement Against Perpetrators of Illegal Logging in Forests in Riau Province. This law enforcement is in accordance with Law Number 18 Year 2013 in Article 20 and Article 21 by imposing sanctions in the form of confiscation of wood and confiscation of all equipment used. As for the obstacles in enforcing the law, the situation at the scene of the incident makes it impossible to confiscate and carry equipment related to illegal logging.
