Abstract
the use of land cannot be separated from community life as a place to live. Therefore, in the development of land law, it is emphasized how the land can be utilized optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of control over abandoned land use rights, this study uses a type of empirical legal research. The data in this study are based on primary data, namely control of abandoned land use rights and secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results obtained are PT. Hasanaco Graha Indah and PT. Naga Karisprima can reuse their land according to the nature and purpose of granting rights.
