Abstract
This research aims to analyze the implementation of manpower supervision of workers' wages in Semarang City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research is used an empirical legal research methodology. From the research the author conclude that there are companies in Semarang City that do not carry out wages that have been regulated in the laws during the COVID-19 pandemic. Regarding the implementation of labor inspection on workers 'wages, the authors conclude that the implementation of manpower supervision on workers' wages in Semarang City is not optimal.
