Abstract
Restorative Justice is the one of many ways to resolve child criminal cases through a relationship restoration and redemption committed by perpetrators of criminal acts against victims of criminal acts outside the court with the aim and aim that legal problems arising from these crimes can be resolved properly with the achievement of agreement and agreement between parties. Criminal Justice System of Children In the law number 11 of 2012 has regulated how to apply the Restorative Justice approach for children who are dealing with the law. Children who are faced with the law in this case are not only children as perpetrators, but also children as victims and witnesses. Settlement of child criminal cases through the Restorative Justice approach aims to provide protection for children. Child protection is meant as legal protection for children who are in conflict with the law, especially the protection of children’s rights.
