Abstract

Prison is building or place of where the punished constructed based on judge decision dropping independence hijack adjudging. In prison there are a lot of individual with personality and level of different education and influences process run of construction in prison. Hence will peep out question "does level of education of convict influential to construction process in prison of Wirogunan". With research which has been executed expected able to give understanding to public that prison is not place of vengeance but place to construct convict, and gives input to the side of prison. Research type djplied is research of empirical law with qualitative analytical method that is common sense process in coh$luding by using method to think is inductive from things having the character of special and the truth generalizing at one particular event that is of a piece with the 'ihenomenon. Sample taken is convict with difference of Level of illiterdie educattion up to college. Based on analysis gotten it is concluded that level of education of convict influential to construction process, the influence consisted df negative influence and positive influence, so that to the side of prison is expected abi6 tb increase performance between convicts with prison officer, and gives counselling, and needs existence of addition of consttuction of personality
