Abstract
Indonesia is a country of law. Law is the basic for regulating social and state life. Psychotropic abuse and trafficking is a phenomenon that has been going on for a long time and is experienced by all countries in the world, as well as being a transnational crime. Transnasional crime is regulated, planned and requires careful preparation. In Indonesia, the distribution of psychotropic is regulated in the Psychotropic Law Number 5 of 1997. In law Number 2 of 2002 the police function as guardians of domestic security, in this case the Indonesia National Police are the main key in eradicating and preventing the circulation of psychotropics
