Abstract
Police, who are law enforcement officers who are obliged to provide a sense of security and comfort for the community, are often found to have committed violations in the form of violations of discipline, code of ethics, and crimes. In this research, the research method employed by the author is normative juridical, focuses on positive law norms in the shape of statutory regulations. This research is discussing: Does the settlement of violations of the National Police Code of Ethics related to crimes that held close to the public has fulfilled the element of justice, and how are the efforts to supervise violations of the Police Code of Ethics related to criminal acts. From the research result, KKEP Session held close to the public is considered to only fulfill the Element of Justice for the National Police itself and does not pay attention to the fulfillment of the element of justice for the disadvantaged Victim. The supervision of the Polri code of ethics is carried out by Propam, and The Legal Division of the National Police also has a function in efforts to supervise and prevent violations of the police code of ethics which involve criminal acts.
