Abstract

Many of medical service implementer who did not know if their job are always connected with the law, so the both law and ethic code violation inside of medical service implementation are not rarely happened. The purpose of this research is to know, how far the law enforcement of both law and ethic code violation in medical service. The research method is the normative research that is the research which focus toward the norm, and this research needs the secondary data, there are the rules which connected with the examined problems as a primary data. The data collecting method used in this research are literature study to get the secondary data, by reading and studying the literatures, rules and the books which connected with the examined problems, also interview with the informant. The suggestion is the existence of elucidation programs which connected with the law of health for medical service implementation; this is done in order to make the medical service implementer know and aware if their duty inside of treating and curing the patients is always connected with the law.
