Abstract

The title of this Script writing is: THE CHANGE DURATION OF THE BUILDING'S RIGHTS OF UTILIZE STATUS WHICH BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF THE LAND FOR THE SIMPLE HOUSE ACCORDING TO KMNA/KBPN No.1 ON THE YEAR OF 1998 IN HOUSING COMPLEX OF SLEMAN PERMAI I, ORCHARD OF PANGUKAN, COUNTRYSIDE OF TRIDADI, SUBDISTRICT OF SLEMAN, REGENCY OF SLEMAN. The problem of this script writing is: whether the change duration of the building's rights of utilize status which becomes the property of the land for the simple house has given the amenity for the owners of the land who are mostly low economic level people in making rights changing in housing complex of Sleman Permai I, orchard of Pangukan, countryside of Tridadi, subdistrict of Sleman, regency of Sleman according to KMNA/KBPN No.1 on the year of 1998. The purpose of this Research is to find out and to analyze whether the change duration of the building's rights of utilize status which becomes the property of the land for the simple house has given the amenity for the owners of the land who are coming from the low economic level in making rights changing in housing complex of Sleman Permai I, orchard of Pangukan, countryside of Tridadi, subdistrict of Sleman, regency of Sleman according to KMNA/KBPN No. 1 on the year of 1998. The research method uses the empirical law research method that is a method done directly to the respondents and the source person's information by using primary data as the main data and secondary data as the supporting data. The data was obtained by an qualitative analysis; an analysis which is done by comprehending and stringing up some datas collected systematically so that we can obtain a description about the problem or condition that we are studying about. To take a conclusion, it is used a method of inductive thinking. It is the way of thinking which comes from the knowledge that has a special character, then assesses a common occurrence. Based on the research result, it indicates that the change duration of the building's right of utilizes status which becomes the property of the land for the simple house according to KMNA/KBPN No.1 on the year of 1998 in housing complex of Sleman Permai I, orchard of Pangukan, countryside of Tridadi, subdistrict of Sleman, regency of Sleman. That the right changes duration can be quicker, it is approximately less than a month because the owners of the land's rights have fulfilled the administrative requirements which are determined in KMNA/KBPN No.1 on the year of 1998; while it may be slower, approximately more than a month because of the administrative requirements have been fullfilled.
