Abstract
impact of profitability and efficiency to stock return or not. Capital structure is proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability ratio is proxied by return on net operating asset (RNOA) and net profit margin (NPM), efficiency ratio is proxied by working capital turnover (WCT) and asset turnover (AT). The population in this study sample were all companies included in the manufacturing industry group that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2013-2018. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that RNOA and NPM has positive significant impact to stock return and capital structure is not able to mediate the impact of profitability and efficiency to stock return.
