Abstract
In legal writing, the writer raised the issue of law enforcement about how to use the award funds parliament in terms of Act No. 31 of 1999 Law No. jo. 20 Year 2001 regarding Amendment to Law on Corruption Eradication. The purpose of the writer doing research is to obtain data on law enforcement against the use of funds in terms of the award Parliament Act No. 31 of 1999 Law No. jo. 20 Year 2001 regarding Amendment to Law on Combating Corruption. To answer the above problem formulation, the authors use this type of normative legal research, which is based on three legal material that is legal materials in the form of primary legislation, secondary legal materials in the form of expert opinions and books, legal materials of the dictionaries tertiary in the form of material support. Data collection methods that are used as support material in this study is through the study of literature by searching and analyzing the literature relating to criminal law, especially concerning the Corruption. In addition, to complement this study then, this study also using interviews with resource persons. Based on the discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the enforcement of law against the use of award funds parliament in terms of Act No. 31 of 1999 Law No. jo. 20 Year 2001 regarding Amandement to Law on Corruption Eradication of using Article 2 Paragraph (1) related laws. Money awards received by members of the Yogyakarta City Legislature considered to have no clear legal basis that is categorized as unlawful and detrimental to the finances of the State.
