Abstract

The working safety and security represents the instrument protecting the workers, company, environment and the surrounded society from the danger caused by working accident. The protection represents the human rights and should be fulfilled by the company. The working safety and security is aimed at preventing, reducing or even annihilating the risk of working accident. The implementation of the concept is considered as the effort to prevent the working accident which needs higher expense of the company. Rather, it should be considered as longterm investment which lead to higher profit in the future. The profit which is associated with the implementation of working safety and security comes from the increase of worker’s productivity which leads to the increase in the quality of the company. The implementation of working safety and security to increase the worker’s productivity in PT. Adi Satria Abadi has been conducted by preventing or dealing with the working accident in the workplace. It is hoped that the implementation leads to the increase in the worker’s productivity and in turn, the increase in the increase in the quality of productivity in PT. Adi Satria Abadi
