Abstract
Acquisition of Building Use Rights from Ownership Rights by Regional Public Company Tirta Satria Drinking Water in Banyumas Regency. Based on the provisions of the Decree of the State Minister for Agrarian Affairs / Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 1994 concerning Procedures for Acquiring Land for Companies in the Context of Investment, if a legal entity requires freehold land then the land owner must relinquish the ownership rights to state land, and then the body The law applies for Building Use Rights on state land. The data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used in data collection are interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The aim is to find out how the implementation of obtaining building use rights from ownership rights.
