Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh financial stability, ineffective monitoring, rationalization, pergantian direksi, dan Number of CEO’s picture terhadap fraudulent financial statement yang memakai proksi indeks eckel pada perusahaan industri perbankaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini memakai analisis regresi logistik, metode purposive sampling, dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 140 dalam 35 perusahaan perbankan. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan pergantian direksi berpengaruh positif terhdap fraudulent financial statement. Sedangkan financial stability, ineffective monitoring, rationalization, dan Number of CEO’s picture tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraudulent financial statement.
