Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh external pressure, nature of industry, change in auditor, change in director dan frequent number of CEO’s picture terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi logistik dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 90. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa external pressure dan frequent number of CEO’s picture berpengaruh positif terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Sedangkan nature of industry, change in auditor dan change in director tidak berpengaruh pada kecurangan laporan keuangan.
