Abstract

This thesis discusses about the agricultural land-use change into nonagricultural land for cafe business in Depok District, Sleman Regency and the obstacles that occur in the change in land use. Based on the result of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that The implementation of the agricultural land-use change to non-agricultural functions for cafe business premises in Depok District, Sleman Regency is in accordance with the procedures as stipulated in the Sleman Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning Space Utilization Permits, Sleman Regent Regulation Number 21 of 2017 concerning Implementation Guidelines Sleman Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning Space Utilization Permits and Sleman Regency Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2012 concerning Sleman Regency Spatial Planning 2011- 2031. The obstacles that occur in the agricultural land-use are the constraints of the image and the constraints in the application.
