Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan meperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh variabel tekanan yang diproksikan external pressure, variabel peluang yang diproksikan komite audit, variabel rasionalisasi diproksikan dengan opini audit, dan variabel kemampuan diproksikan dengan pergantian direksi terhadap potensi fraud yang diproksikan manajemen laba dengan objek perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Total sampel penelitian adalah 192 penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, regresi linear berganda, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel external pressure berpengaruh positif terhadap potensi fraud, variabel komite audit,opini audit dan pergantian direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap potensi fraud.
