Abstract

Efforts of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in Reducing the Crime of Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics Through Air Transportation in Mimika Regency, Papua Province. This effort is carried out by making a Law on Narcotics. This effort has been carried out by the Mimika Regency BNN, especially for the Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics Through Air Transportation. Data from BNN states that narcotics trafficking cases in Mimika Regency tend to increase, therefore efforts are needed from the BNN and the community to reduce Narcotics Illicit Trafficking. The aim is to find and find out data from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in an effort to reduce criminal acts of illicit narcotics trafficking through air transportation in Mimika Regency, Papua Province. This research was conducted using normative legal research methods, by carrying out positive legal descriptions, legal systematization positive, positive legal analysis, positive legal interpretation, assessing positive law.
