Abstract

Everyone has the right to make and enter into agreements with others, one of which is a credit agreement. But because of the COVID-19 pandemi, some debtors at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta cabang Sleman had difficulty doing their achievements. The purpose of writing this law is to find out whether the COVID-19 pandemi can be categorized as a force or overmacht situation and how the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemi on the implementation of credit agreements at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta cabang Sleman. This legal writing uses empirical writing methods where data obtained from interviews of the parties concerned. The conclusion of this study is that the COVID-19 pandemi can be categorized as a temporary coercive situation and the impact on credit agreements at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta cabang Sleman is to continue as promised but there is relief that is by reconstruction.
