Abstract

The title of writing this law is The Role Of Sleman Adolescent Social ProtectionAnd Rehabilitation Institutions (Bprsr) In Implementing The Judge's Decision Against Children In Conflict With The Law. The formulation of the problem inthis research is what is done by the Sleman Youth Social Protection andRehabilitation Center (BPRSR) in following up on the judge's decision onchildren in conflict with the law?. This type of research in legal writing isnormative legal research, namely research that focuses on positive law in theform of legislation relating to problems in research. The conclusion of thislegal research is the role of the Yogyakarta Youth Social Protection andRehabilitation Center in implementing court decisions against children,among others, psychosocial therapy, mental and spiritual therapy, namely individual and group counseling services for the development of cognitive,affective, social aspects aimed at changing attitudes. and adaptive behavior.
