Abstract

The legal writing entitled “ Fulfillment The Right Education And Teaching For Child Prisoners In Correctional Institution Class II B Timika ”. This legal writing aims to find out whether there are obstacles and how to overcome these obstacles in fulfilling the right education and teaching for child prisoners. In this legal writing, researcher tries to analyze fulfillment the right education and teaching for child prisoner in Correctional Institution Class II B Timika using normative legal reseaerch methods and literature. The data which used is 1945 Constitution, Law No. 39/1999 about Concerning Human Rights, Law No.12/1995 about Corrections, Law No. 20/2003 about National Education System, Law No. 11/2012 about Juvenile Justice System, Law No. 35/2014 about Child Protection, books, law journal, paper, interview and internet. Based on the result of research and anaysis, the implementation still has obstacles cause lack of fund and staff. The researcher recommend that obstacles can resolve with cooperation of the government and prison staff in the process of implementing the fulfillment of the right education and teaching for child prisoners.
