Abstract

With the rapid development of technology now, many existing licensing processes have undergone many changes. The licensing process, which used to have to be done manually, now can be done by online. The changes made are expected to provide convenience to the community, especially those who are looking to take care of licensing to set up their business to make it more practical and not hampered. Therefore, to support this convenience, the government issued an OSS licensing registration system. Online Single Submission (OSS) is an information technology-based licensing system that integrates licensing at the regional and central levels in order to facilitate domestic business activities. The purpose of online single submission is to help business owners and micro, small and medium enterprises, to be faster and more practical. get business legality
