Abstract

The purpose of this problem raised is the result of water pollution on rivers in the city of Bekasi so that a law enforcement law is needed against the disposal of liquid waste without a permit which results in the pollution of the city's rivers in Bekasi and to find out what factors influence law enforcement against the disposal of liquid waste without a permit. The type of research used in writing this law is empirical legal research, in writing this law it also uses primary data consisting of direct interviews with the environmental service, the director of PT Millennium Laundry and the owner of the building as respondents, as well as secondary data consisting of literature related to the problem or research material. This thesis uses data collection by means of direct interviews with the respondents, the location of this research was conducted in Bekasi, West Java. The results of this study use administrative sanctions in the form of written warnings, and government coercion.
