Abstract
The current of globalization brings the impact of modernization of human life, activities that are usually done conventionally today based on technology, including in mining in cyberspace. The way used in cryptocurrency mining is by utilizing computer software and hardware. In this case the results of these activities are very large, because there is no legal regulation that regulates. The data the authors obtain based on personal experience is analyzed using a legal point of view. The results of the writing carried out; the author saw that legal protection against such activities has not been regulated so as to make Udin as a cryptocurrency mining activity become caught up in the problem
