Abstract

Background of legal writing was made because to find out interpretation the absolute power as transfer of land rights by Judex Factie and Judex Juris in Court Ruling No. 115/Pdt/G/PN.Skt, Court Ruling No.73/Pdt/2018/PT.SMG, Court Ruling No. 3306K/Pdt/2018 along with the land rights holder (buyer). To find out interpretation the absolute power by Judex Factie and Judex Juris, it is important to understand the impact the Court Ruling from District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court because District Court & High Court have different Court Ruling from the Supreme Court which makes the interpretation of the absolute power itself become unclear.
