Abstract

The title of this research is Legal Aspects Of Pollution Prevention Due To Rubber Management Business Activities Through Wastewater Management Installation (IPAL) In Central Lampung Regency (Case Study Pt. Indolatex Jaya Abadi). Rubber management at PT. Indolatex Jaya Abadi produces liquid waste that can be dangerous, therefore it is necessary to study how to prevent pollution by factories using IPAL. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of IPAL as prevention of environmental pollution at PT. Indolatex Jaya Abadi. This writing uses an empirical writing method that focuses on regulations regarding the prevention of environmental pollution compared to the implementation at the research site. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of IPAL at PT. Indolatex Jaya Abadi has worked well as a pollution prevention instrument. There are several obstacles faced by PT. Indolatex Jaya Abadi and the Environment Agency, such as the lack of human resources and the constraints of distance and time of supervision.
