Abstract
Land is a very basic human need. The lives of humanity happened on the land, so land becomes a very important part of a country. Land serves purpose as a place for human to live their lives, and also a place where people can gather food and life’s necessit ies. Demand for land from day to day continue to increase as the population grows and so does the advancement of development in all fields. This thesis is titled ‘The Implementation of Revenue Sharing Agreement In Gamping and Mlati sub-district.Sources of data in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents and interviewers. As for secondary data consists of legal materials and positive legal norms. Act. No. 2 of 1960 contains provisions concerning the definition, the subjects, sharing agreements, term of the agreement, production sharing agreements, the rights and also obligations of both parties as well as other provisions of revenue sharing agreement. to rental scheme or paying farm workers in managing their fields because they want to enjoy the yields gradually and do not want to be involved directly in managing the field. The agreement of profit sharing in Gamping and Mlati Sub-district in general is conducted orally, based on trust, without any witnesses, unrecorded to the Head of Village and not authorized by the Head of Sub-district. The term is not defined clearly. The profit sharing balance is set since the first time of agreement.
