Abstract

This undergraduate thesis entitled "Implementation Of Land Use For Home Living On The Border Of The Juwana River, Pati Regency" with the formulation of the problem is how to land use for home living on the border of the Juwana River, Pati Regency. The purpose of this research is to know, review, and analyze how to land use for home living on the border of the Juwana River, Pati Regency. The research show there are land use for home living on the border of the Juwana River, Pati Regency have the status of land that is country land and property rights. there are two ways used by residential owners in owning a house on the Juwana River border, Pati Regency, namely by buying and selling and inheritance.Residential houses on the river border have violated the regional regulation on the regional spatial plan of the Pati district. The river border area is a protected area to preserve the function of the river. then the government makes efforts to prevent damage to the river environment by forming a coaching and control team and making rental flats or rusunawa
