Abstract
The reason why compiler choose this title is because now days the use of the weapon of mass destruction is getting worse and worrying. The amount of the state that noticed to have, developing and test the weapon of mass destruction is increasing. The use of weapon of mass destruction it self can threat the world of peace and bring disasters to human. The data was collected by using book reaserch and law reaserch. The weapon of mass destruction is a weapon which have a high power and mass destruction. The use of the weapon of mass destruction is arranged in some treaty and convention such as the Non Proliferation Treaty However the use of the weapon of mass destruction would not bring any profit, and the use of the weapon is very dangerous for any reason and purposes.
