Abstract
This study aims to determine the waste management of Wamena Hospital and obsstacles experienced. The benefit of this research is to provide input to those who need it to overcome the obstacles faced. The empirical legal research method with the research conducted focuses on social facts and obtains data by conducting interviews and literature studies. The results of the research are waste management that has not been completed because there are still regulations that have not been implemented properly. Suggestions for Wamena Hospital to manage hospital waste with existing rules to avoid environmental pollution
