Abstract
The province minimum wages for 2007 was decided in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. All Company in this province with consist of government company, private company, even social company must obey to do province minimums wages. But there is a rule that company able to cancel paying wages for their employee. In this case needed control from government to guarantee that rule was obeyed. In Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta there are six companies was have canceled permission to implemented province minimum wages for 2007. Two of them were located in Yogyakarta city they are Taman Asmukita and Puuawisata, both of them was have canceled permission to implemented province minimum wages for 2007. This research aims to know how government to supervise a company when they perform to canceled employee paying. This research was done at Disnakertrans, Taman Asmukita, and Purawisata. It is an empirical research, focused by law in action and use a primary data as main data based secondary data. Data gathered directly from respondent by interview and existing regulation was connected to employee supervise. Recording to supervision result we can conclude that supervision from Disnakertrans officers ere not maximized covering since supervisor inspection and finance auditing to company just doing at the end of time limit permission. In the other hand, Disnakertrans officers to supervision and auditing were not covered all the companies in Yogyakarta city.
