Abstract
Influence on the community's need for land rights, it is undeniable that there are many cases of double certificates that occur in Indonesia. In connection with the responsibility held by the competent body, namely the National Land Agency, for the occurrence of double certificates due to the issuance of the certificate itself. With this research, the authors find out about the responsibility of the National Land Agency of Sleman for dual certificates and their settlement based on the applicable laws and regulations
